📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting across all functions and levels.
• Recruit globally, across US and international regions (EMEA/APAC).
• Build proactive sourcing via LinkedIn, VC networks, referrals.
• Apply AI-powered sourcing, screening, outreach.
• Partner with hiring managers to define great and structure interview panels.
• Structure offers and manage recruiting operations end to end.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting in a high-growth B2B SaaS setting.
• Proven ability to hire across GTM, R&D, and G&A.
• Experience recruiting in US and international markets (EMEA and/or APAC preferred).
• A demonstrable point of view on modern recruiting tools, including AI.
• Elite sourcing skills with a track record of placing hard-to-fill roles.
• Self-directed, able to prioritize on a lean team; leadership path a plus.
