Principal Reliability Scientist

📋 Description

• Lead reliability activities across complex, high‑performance systems within Manufacturing Operations
• Use experimental data and advanced modelling to inform design decisions and optimise serviceability
• Develop system‑level reliability models incorporating thermal, mechanical, and fluid behaviour
• Lead root cause investigations and drive corrective/preventive actions across teams
• Collaborate with chip, board and system design teams to influence architecture and component
• Communicate reliability concepts, risks and recommendations to a wide range of stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Strong background in reliability engineering within semiconductor, hardware or complex systems
• Experience with physics‑of‑failure approaches in HPC/AI hardware
• Experience with reliability modelling, experimental design and statistical data analysis
• Ability to interpret experimental reliability data to drive engineering decisions
• Experience with MTBF, MTTR, RAS and SER analysis
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration and data‑driven problem solving
