📋 Description

• Lead product development from concept to production.
• Mentor engineers and manage key design projects.
• Prototyping, DFM/DFI, risk assessments, and design reviews.
• Verification, validation, testing, and protocol creation.
• Engage with customers alongside sales/marketing to translate ideas.
• Ensure compliance with the design quality system.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 7+ years mechanical design and manufacturing experience.
• 5+ years product development in regulated medical devices.
• Expert CAD knowledge (SolidWorks) with ASME Y14.5 prints.
• Proficient in manufacturability, reliability, and cost trade-offs.
• Strong communication and leadership; cross-functional teamwork.
