📋 Description

• Serve as the process analytics lead for mab and DS in AbbVie's CMC teams, supporting late-stage
• Serve as the subject matter expert for separation-based methods including HPLC and capillary
• Evaluate and select effective analytical technologies and methods to meet program needs.
• Support timely delivery of high-quality testing results.
• Provide expertise and support for method development, execution, and troubleshooting.
• Provide hands-on support in the lab as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• PhD in chemistry, biology, biochemistry, chemical engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Proven experience with analytical activities supporting biologics development, including mAbs
• Expertise in protein and impurity analysis techniques such as HPLC, capillary electrophoresis.
• Skilled in technical writing including authoring, reviewing regulatory submissions and responding
• Strong leadership skills, demonstrated ability to foster an engaging, inclusive, collaborative team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
