📋 Description

• Define the Data Science vision and technical roadmap for omnichannel engagement analytics
• Shape how AI creates business value by identifying, sizing, and prioritizing opportunities
• Lead hands-on with Gen-AI: prototype and build LLM-backed systems using advanced RAG and context
• Lead the design of predictive and causal models for next-best-action and recommendation systems
• Own measurement science: set standards for measuring effectiveness and incrementality using

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or another
• 8+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or applied science (or 6+ years with a

• Experience building personalization, recommendation, decision-optimization, or marketing-science
