• Lead a high-performing team in Gastroenterology/IBD discovery research.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s Degree or PharmD with 14+ years; PhD with 8+ years.
• Experience with humanized CIVMs and organoid models.
• 15+ years in industrial drug discovery and leadership.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and programs.
• Expertise in immunology, in vitro/in vivo pharmacology, PKPD.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and mentorship skills.
