📋 Description

Lead or participate in project teams for drug substance process development.
Develop and characterize drug substance processes and scalable methods.
Mentor staff; troubleshoot issues and share expertise.
Author and review regulatory documents, memos and reports.
Collaborate with organic/analytical chemists, engineers and PMs.
Set project strategies, responsibilities, timelines, and cGMP plans.

🎯 Requirements

BS (16+ yrs); MS (14+ yrs) or PhD (8+ yrs) in Chemistry or related field with 8+ yrs pharma lab exp.
Proven scientific leadership; strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
GMP drug substance manufacturing and process development experience.
Experience in managing and developing scientific leaders.
Strong understanding of organic chemistry, mechanistic theory, process development, control strategies, and regulatory starting material strategies.
