📋 Description

• Embed within customer environments, operate within their tools, processes, and change-management
• Design, configure, and optimize Cloudflare solutions directly within customer environment
• Provide proactive architectural guidance, roadmap alignment, and best-practice recommendations
• Lead technical workshops, knowledge-transfer sessions, and special-event preparation (product
• Act as voice of customer within Cloudflare, surface product gaps, feature requests, escalation

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years experience in customer-facing technical role
• Recognized expertise in Application Security: advanced tuning of WAF, Bot Management, API Gateway
• Expert-level understanding of OSI model, TCP/IP, TLS, DNS, HTTP
• Hands-on technical skills with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) and scripting (Python
• Demonstrated leadership and mentorship: mentoring junior team members, leading technical workshops
• Project and program management: manage multiple priorities, work to deadlines, scope and estimate
