📋 Description

• Design and build a low-latency data forwarding plane in Rust
• Develop distributed, scalable systems with concurrency and fault tolerance
• Implement and maintain gRPC-based APIs for control and orchestration
• Optimize performance with profiling across kernel and user space
• Mentor engineers and participate in design reviews

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in software development with Rust
• Expertise in resilient, scalable distributed systems
• Strong Linux fundamentals: networking, namespaces, sockets
• Proficiency with containers, Git, CI/CD, performance tooling
• Experience with gRPC and Protobufs
• Familiarity with eBPF/DPDK and Kubernetes networking (preferred)
