🎯 Requirements

• Active clinical license as a master's-level therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT), doctoral clinical
• 7+ years of experience in healthcare patient safety or clinical risk management, including direct
• Demonstrated experience building or substantially scaling a safety event or clinical risk program
• Strong knowledge of established patient safety methods, clinical industry standards, and structured
• Sound clinical judgment when triaging and escalating issues, with the ability to distinguish
• Strong data fluency, including the ability to define meaningful metrics, critically assess
