📋 Description

• Define and implement analytical protocols to characterize oligonucleotides.
• Develop QC methods to determine purity, composition, and concentration.
• Determine drug-to-conjugate ratios for antibody-oligonucleotide conjugates.
• Assess in vitro stability of oligonucleotides and conjugates.
• Collaborate with biology to study pharmacokinetics and distribution in vivo.
• Assist in lab build and procurement of analytical equipment.

🎯 Requirements

• PhD in chemistry or related with 6+ years oligonucleotide exp; BS/MS with 10+ yrs.
• Experience analyzing peptide/protein/antibody-oligo conjugates.
• Proficiency with SEC, IEX, RP-HPLC, MS to characterize conjugates.
• Experience with PK, distribution, PD assays for oligo therapeutics.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Detail-oriented, able to work independently in a lab.
