Represent the CLD team in cross-functional projects; communicate results and plans.
Represent Asimov externally at conferences, file patents, publish manuscripts.

🎯 Requirements

8+ years in CHO-based CLD for biologics.
PhD in Biological Engineering, Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, or related field.
Creative problem solver excited about disruptive technology.
Minimum 1 year experience managing direct reports.
Familiarity with vector optimization, CLD process optimization, or automated HTS.
Experience with a global customer base is a bonus.
