• Establish trusted regional security partnerships and advisory
• Align regional security with enterprise standards and governance
• Translate security requirements into practical business outcomes
• Assess regional processes for security, privacy, and compliance risks
• Drive governance, oversight, and accountability across regions
• Provide ongoing CISO risk visibility and executive reporting

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in information security, risk management, or leadership
• Experience in federated, decentralized, or matrixed orgs
• Strong governance, risk management, and operational controls
• Experience partnering with executive stakeholders
• Ability to influence teams without direct reporting authority
• Translate security concepts into business outcomes
