Principal Security Field Engineer

📋 Description

• Act as security expert for field teams and customers.
• Create scalable content: decks, white papers, enablement, or code.
• Scale impact through docs, knowledge mgmt, automation, and leadership.
• Help customers on security/compliance regimes to save time.
• Identify customer pain points; work with product teams to improve messaging.
• Develop internal services and automation for field staff and customers.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in technical pre-sales or post-sales roles.
• Explain complex security concepts and architectures clearly.
• Experience in IaaS/PaaS/SaaS, network and endpoint security, SIEM.
• Scripting or programming; eager to use AI to scale impact.
• Understanding of Databricks platform is a plus.
