Principal Security Software Engineer, Application Security

📋 Description

• Lead company-wide security initiatives to address critical challenges.
• Build cross-company relationships to achieve security objectives.
• Define and expand partnerships with key engineering teams across Roblox.
• Apply critical thinking to develop security protocols and communicate with stakeholders.
• Research and evaluate new technologies to enhance Roblox's security posture.
• Mentor and guide other security engineers.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in cybersecurity with app security, encryption, and cloud security.
• Threat modeling and Secure SDLC experience.
• Proficiency in cryptography, PKI, TLS; practical implementations.
• Proficient in Python, Golang, or C# and Bash scripting.
• Ability to explain security to both technical and non-technical leadership.
• Experience influencing engineers across teams and architectures.
