Principal/Senior Product Manager, Advanced Trading (Spot/Derivatives/Crypto Trading)

📋 Description

• Product Management: Design and scale crypto assets trading products across Spot, Margin, Futures
• Market insight: Deep-dive into industry trends and our targeted customers (active retail
• Trading Experience: Drive best-in-class trading UX across Web and App, including modular layouts
• Liquidity & Execution Quality: Own liquidity parameters and fee strategy for delta-one
• Risk Management Framework: Define and enhance risk controls, including price limits, funding rate
• End-to-End Product Oversight: Own product strategy and roadmap from ideation through PRDs/user

🎯 Requirements

• Min 5+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on crypto trading platforms
• Domain expert on derivatives products (perpetuals/futures/options), including margining, order
• Proven track record leading large-scale trading platform transformations across Web and App (e.g.
• Strong understanding of exchange liquidity economics and risk frameworks, including funding rates
• Experience delivering regulatory-sensitive launches and partnering closely with compliance/legal
• Demonstrated ability to work directly with institutional clients, market makers and vendor
