📋 Description

• Identify APAC market opportunities, including trading behaviors and regulatory needs.
• Develop go-to-market strategies for APAC segments with varied maturity.
• Own affiliate, referral, and KOL growth channels.
• Lead the user trading journey from discovery to post trade review.
• Collaborate with regional BD, marketing, and operations to align with local growth.
• Define metrics to measure impact of product initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven product management experience at a crypto exchange.
• Strong affiliate/referral growth model experience.
• 5+ years of product management in crypto, trading, or fintech.
• Deep familiarity with APAC crypto market landscape.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
