Principal/Senior Product Manager, Web3 Wallet

📋 Description

• Lead requirements analysis, product planning, and solution design for core product initiatives.
• Understand objectives, user needs, and technical constraints; break down complex problems.
• Independently produce PRDs, flowcharts, prototypes, and product documentation for clarity.
• Work with engineering, design, operations, and data teams on reviews, schedules, launches.
• Evaluate feasibility, costs, and trade-offs; engage in technical discussions with engineers.
• Rapidly build domain understanding in new areas and translate to actionable plans.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above; top-tier internet company experience preferred.
• Strong logical thinking; deconstruct complex problems into clear definitions.
• Strong learning agility; quickly build systematic understanding in new domains.
• Solid technical comprehension; assess feasibility, risks, and trade-offs with engineers.
• Excellent documentation and cross-team communication; PRDs and docs that drive alignment.
• Results-oriented; focus on solving real problems, not just delivering requirements.
