📋 Description

• Lead requirements analysis, product planning, and solution design for core initiatives.
• Understand business goals, user needs, and constraints; break down complex problems.
• Independently produce PRDs, flowcharts, prototypes, and product docs.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, and data to drive reviews and launches.
• Evaluate feasibility, costs, and trade-offs; discuss with engineers.
• Rapidly learn new domains and translate knowledge into product judgments.
• Continuously monitor product performance and own user experience and outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above; top-tier internet company experience preferred.
• Strong logical thinking; quickly define problems with frameworks; case-based interviews.
• Strong learning agility; build systematic understanding in new domains quickly.
• Solid technical comprehension; assess feasibility and risks; communicate with engineers.
• Excellent documentation and communication; PRDs clear, structured, and cross-team aligned.
• Results-oriented; focus on solving problems, not just delivering requirements.
• Highly self-driven; push issues to resolution in high-uncertainty environments.
