Principal/Senior/Software Engineer, AI-Powered Advertising Agents - AgenticOS

📋 Description

• Lead design, development, and deployment of AI-driven features.
• Spearhead technical design meetings and produce scalable AI architectures.
• Align solutions with long-term product strategy and roadmaps.
• Implement and optimize LLMs for specific use cases, including fine-tuning.
• Develop AI agents powered by RAG, integrating external knowledge sources.
• Design and optimize vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate) for vector search.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-10 years with LLMs, transformer, attention, and tuning.
• Proven experience building AI agents; multi-agent orchestration.
• Experience with LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen; RAG pipelines.
• Python and ML libraries: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face.
• Vector databases: FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
