🎯 Requirements

• Coaching teams and stakeholders to design user-centred services
• Significant demonstrable experience working on GDS Projects
• Working with User Researchers to plan and deliver effective research
• Guiding teams through complex challenges
• Facilitating strategic discussions
• Designing and leading workshops
