Principal Site Reliability Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain shared infrastructure platforms for product teams.
• Architect and manage Kubernetes platform as a service for internal teams.
• Develop internal tooling and automation in Go for infra provisioning.
• Implement event-driven architecture with Kafka or Pub/Sub.
• Establish CI/CD pipelines as a service (GitLab CI, ArgoCD).
• Design distributed, highly available systems with observability.

🎯 Requirements

• 9+ years in infrastructure/platform/SRE roles focused on tooling.
• Production Kubernetes expertise, including multi-tenant platforms.
• Strong Go and Python backend skills for services and automation.
• Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP; multi-cloud a plus.
• Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging (Kafka, RMQ, NATS).
• CI/CD with GitLab CI and ArgoCD, RESTful APIs, and observability basics.
