Principal SLT Test Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead team to develop System Level Test (SLT) capability for multi-die AI processors.
• Build production test strategy focusing on silicon test quality and yield.
• Design and implement SLT tests for next-gen processors with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with silicon, test, and DFT groups to define manufacturing tests.
• Transferring SLT solutions to volume manufacturing as needed.
• Balance test coverage and fault detection across test stages (ATE, IQC, etc.).

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Functional Test or ATE test engineering in a production setting.
• Proven track record of leading SLT projects for multi-die AI processors.
• Strong leadership to manage engineers and drive SLT strategy.
• Hands-on, pragmatic approach in a fast-changing environment.
• Proven ability to work under pressure with cross-department teams.
• Strong scripting and debugging skills in Python, TCL, Perl, Shell, etc.
