🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in software and data engineering; 5+ in leadership.
• Deep AWS data platform design: lakehouse, medallion, ETL/ELT.
• Hands-on AI tooling to improve architecture and workflows.
• Hands-on with MongoDB, DocumentDB, MS SQL Server, DynamoDB, Redis/Valkey.
• AWS data services: S3, Athena, Glue Catalog, Lake Formation, EMR, Iceberg.
• Experience with governance, security, and data contracts.
