🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering with leadership
• Production-level LLM/AI/agentic systems experience at Staff level or higher
• Distributed systems and microservices design
• Architecture principles: domain-driven, clean, scalable, performant
• Full-stack: modern frontend plus Python backend
• AI platform strategy: APIs, model choices, cost, latency
