📋 Description

• Design and ship full-stack insurance products (React, TS, Python, PostgreSQL)
• Build AI-native underwriting systems to synthesize risk and data
• Create claims tooling to automate review and document processing
• Develop internal platforms for teams managing premiums and spend
• Build member-facing apps with AI, navigation, and real-time workflows
• Own projects end-to-end: architecture, backend, frontend, AI integration, deployment

• Deep experience designing and scaling complex software systems
• Exceptional judgment across product, engineering, and operational tradeoffs
• A track record of leading highly ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives
• Strong intuition for where AI can transform workflows and operations
