• Guide product concepts through full agentic AI lifecycle with partners.
• Build hands-on with agentic AI; deliver production-quality systems.
• Direct build via data-driven insights; set success criteria with PM.
• Contribute to agentic AI harness engineering; refine patterns and guardrails.
• Elevate architecture, code review, observability, and reliability.
• Lead hiring and mentor; influence technical decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of full-stack, 3+ years in tech lead/staff/principal.
• Direct experience building agentic AI systems in production.
• Proficient across stack: JavaScript/TypeScript plus Go/Python/C#.
• AWS, containers, CI/CD, PostgreSQL, REST/gRPC/GraphQL.
• Architectural judgment; defend decisions; build docs.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
