🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience delivering complex systems at scale
• Deep expertise in system design, distributed systems, modern practices
• Strong coding skills in Java, Python, C#, or similar
• Experience designing and building cloud-native apps (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Proven ability to lead large technical initiatives and influence across teams
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
