🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience at Staff, Principal, or equivalent scope.
• Extensive experience designing, building, and operating complex production systems (architecture
• Proven career progression with impact beyond individual code contributions or a single team.
• Strong sense of urgency, momentum, and ability to move high-priority initiatives forward.
• Exceptional ownership and self-direction; effective remote collaboration and clear communication.
