Principal Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead design and development of secure, scalable cloud-native services.
• Own identity platforms, PAM, and Zero Trust security initiatives.
• Develop AI security capabilities and real-time protection mechanisms.
• Build multi-region distributed systems on Kubernetes with scalable data architectures.
• Oversee full lifecycle from architecture to deployment and production ops.
• Integrate with identity protocols (OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, SCIM) and certificate-based auth.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• 4+ years at Principal or Staff Engineer level on large-scale security/enterprise products.
• Strong production systems design/operation experience as an individual contributor.
• Deep IAM and PAM knowledge including least privilege, secrets management, and Zero Trust.
• Hands-on with OAuth2, OIDC, PKI, SAML, SCIM.
• Go proficiency or strong systems programming experience; willingness to work with Go.
