🎯 Requirements

12+ years of software development experience at Principal/Staff/Architect level.
Hands-on building production AI applications and agentic workflows.
Strong proficiency with AI coding agents across design, implementation, testing, and code review.
Strong architecture and system-design experience for large-scale SaaS.
Hands-on backend with Go and/or Java; frontend with Angular and/or React.
Experience deploying secure microservices and APIs on AWS.
