Principal Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Partner with Product Security and Engineering leadership to define AI security controls
• Build and deploy detection strategies, guardrails, and security tooling/automations
• Implement online and batch inference endpoints
• Monitor deployed models for drift and performance
• Lead adversarial testing / AI red teaming: jailbreak, prompt-injection, evasion, poisoning
• Lead security reviews of major AI product initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in cybersecurity
• 4-5 years focused on AI/ML security, adversarial machine learning, or security data science
• practitioner-level knowledge of adversarial ML attack and defense
• ability to read, evaluate, and synthesize academic AI security research
• experience engaging executive and senior leadership audiences
• strong programming skills in Python and Go
