Principal Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Partner with Product Mgmt, Eng Directors, and Principal Architects to set roadmaps.
• Lead design and implementation of features in our core Java platform.
• Define and champion engineering best practices; contribute to designs and architecture decisions.
• Mentor Staff and Senior engineers, raising engineering standards across the pillar.
• Build high-quality, maintainable software with strong test coverage and CI/CD improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of software development with Java and Spring for scalable server-side features.
• Deep expertise with PostgreSQL or MySQL, including schema design and query optimization.
• Extensive experience designing, building, and securing RESTful APIs for large-scale systems.
• Server-side tech: caching, asynchronous processing, and multi-threading; design patterns.
• Security domain expertise: end‑point security concepts and cross‑platform OS security.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent; agile with CI/CD.
