Principal Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Take end-to-end ownership of features from design to post-launch monitoring
• Design, build, and ship high-quality features across the OIG system with reliability
• Quickly deliver bug fixes and handle customer issues
• Write clean, well-tested code and uphold high engineering quality
• Partner with Product, QA, and SRE for scoping and deployment
• Architect and evolve product features for enterprise-scale access governance

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years software engineering; 3+ years in senior/staff leadership
• Architected and delivered large-scale distributed systems in production
• Deep expertise in microservices, event-driven architectures, APIs
• Proficient in Java, Kotlin, Go or similar JVM/cloud-native stacks
• Influence without authority; drive technical alignment across teams
• Design systems for enterprise reliability, scalability, security (RBAC/ABAC)
