Principal Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead technical strategy and execution for PAM and network access.
• Own connector ecosystems: design and optimize plugins for diverse DBs and networks.
• Champion code quality and security: Go backend standards; lead code reviews.
• Collaborate globally, execute locally: align decisions with global leads.
• On-call and product support: participate in rotations; ensure platform health.
• Mentor mid-level engineers and grow the local team.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering with leadership as Principal/Staff IC.
• Deep PAM/IAM expertise with credential rotation or agentless communication.
• Strong networking foundations: SSH, Telnet, SNMP; DB infra integration.
• Distributed architecture mastery: high-scale backend services, microservices, event-driven.
• Go proficiency; experience with Go or willingness to work in Go.
• Cloud-native infrastructure: AWS (IAM, SQS, Lambda), Kubernetes; resilient agentless systems.
