Principal Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Contribute to the long-term technical vision for multi-tenant service architecture.
• Lead the design of distributed systems capable of handling rapid global growth while maintaining
• Partner with SRE and DevOps to enhance CI/CD pipelines, automated scaling, and self-healing
• Mentor senior engineering staff, drive rigorous design reviews, and foster a culture of
• Lead the technical adoption of AI across both product capabilities and the software development

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, with 4+ years in a Principal or Staff role focused on
• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Deep expertise in Java and Spring Boot for high-scale microservices.
• Strong understanding of Apache Kafka and event-driven architectures.
• Hands-on experience with LDAP and OpenSearch.
• Strong experience designing and operating applications on AWS.
