🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering with backend and cloud focus.
• Hands-on in C#, Java, Python, or Go.
• Distributed systems, microservices, APIs; relational/NoSQL databases.
• Production-grade services on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Containers, Kubernetes, CI/CD, monitoring/observability.
• Strong leadership guiding teams through ambiguity.
