Principal Software Engineer, Agent Harness Bridge

📋 Description

• Design, build, and evolve the bridge between Codex harness and research infra
• Own integration surfaces end-to-end: architecture, API design, rollout
• Build reliable, containerized execution systems for large-scale training
• Partner with research, agent, infra, and platform teams for new use cases
• Design clean interfaces and workflows for highly technical internal users
• Establish durable abstractions to prevent long-term technical debt

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience building and scaling backend or infrastructure systems
• Strong API design, systems design, and engineering fundamentals
• Detail-oriented with deep care for correctness and reliability
• Ability to work with demanding technical users while staying disciplined
• Track record leading cross-functional technical efforts
• Strong product sense and user empathy for internal platforms
