Principal Software Engineer, AI Platform

📋 Description

• Track research and industry signals into concrete proposals for ADP.
• Identify and prototype high-leverage ADP capabilities with the broader team.
• Define architecture for new ADP capabilities aligned with runtime, policy, observability.
• Engage strategic customers to stress-test capabilities in real deployments.
• Publicly represent ADP, publishing research and speaking at conferences.
• Participate in on-call and improve observability and self-healing over time.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering, delivering large-scale distributed systems.
• Experience building or contributing to agentic AI infrastructure.
• Fluency with AI-assisted development for multi-agent orchestration.
• Deep expertise in at least one systems language (Go preferred).
• Understanding streaming data systems and messaging infra; Kafka/Redpanda a plus.
• Experience designing/operating systems enforcing access control, policy, auditability.
