📋 Description

• Lead the AI adoption initiative across Engineering
• Drive AI-native engineering practices across teams
• Architect integration of AI tools into dev workflows/CI/CD
• Deliver measurable business impact and productivity gains
• Own adoption metrics and reporting to leadership
• Collaborate with Security, Legal, and Finance on AI governance

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience
• Hands-on with AI-powered development tools (Copilot, Claude, Codex, etc.)
• Strong understanding of LLMs, prompts, and model capabilities
• CI/CD, DevOps, and modern software development workflows
• Experience evaluating and deploying tech at scale
• Leadership across large engineering organizations (500+ engineers)
