Principal Software Engineer - Appian

📋 Description

• Act as design authority and capability multiplier for Appian across teams.
• Deliver high-complexity Appian solutions (cases, records, integrations, reporting).
• Define and enforce Appian standards, patterns, and performance.
• Lead, mentor, and review Appian developers; share knowledge.
• Partner with product/business/platform teams to align Appian solutions with outcomes.
• Ensure solutions follow security, guardrails, and scalability best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years Appian development; end-to-end delivery in Appian Designer.
• Strong knowledge of Appian standards, governance, and patterns.
• Experience delivering high-complexity Appian solutions (case mgmt, records, APIs).
• SQL and relational data modeling; performance tuning.
• Appian DevOps, CI/CD, testing; security patterns (OAuth2/JWT/SAML).
• Strong collaboration, leadership; Appian certifications desired (Associate/Lead/Senior).
