📋 Description

• Lead large, multi-team initiatives with long-term technical vision
• Define platform-wide strategy for content capture, sharing, and discovery
• Set engineering standards; mentor senior engineers
• Architect long-term technical direction for the Sharing team
• Align multiple teams with shared roadmaps and design docs
• Foster engineering excellence and talent development

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years building large-scale backend systems (C++, C#, Java, or similar)
• System design: distributed systems, scalable APIs, high-throughput services
• Experience on consumer-facing platforms at scale
• Proven leadership of large, multi-team initiatives
• Operational excellence; incident response and technical investment strategy
• Exceptional communication; Bachelor's degree or equivalent
