📋 Description

• Design and develop core services for Radiant AI Cloud
• Architect and build backend services in Go powering AI infra and model lifecycle
• Lead backend design across the domain: architecture reviews and evolution
• Collaborate with platform and infrastructure for reliable, secure production services
• Drive technical standards and mentorship; uphold code quality and observability
• Proactively identify and resolve architectural bottlenecks and scaling challenges

🎯 Requirements

• Proven Golang and cloud-native backend development expertise
• Distributed systems and APIs (gRPC, REST) in production
• Kubernetes internals, deployments and reconciliation loops
• PostgreSQL or equivalent high-performance data stores
• CI/CD, observability, security and automation best practices
• Proven technical leadership: mentor and influence across teams
