• Lead and manage a small dev team as a player/coach.
• Be the internal tech expert on Skimmer's newest systems.
• Drive the replatforming of features to be AI-first and interactive.
• Utilize AI tools to maximize productivity and code quality.
• Work with our integrations team to ensure a seamless customer experience.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in technical leadership or player/coach role at a SaaS startup.
• Proven replatforming and product-improvement track record with a customer-first mindset.
• Proficiency with AI tools for development productivity (Claude preferred).
• Team leadership of development teams and cross-functional leadership.
• Expertise in Node.js, C#, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server.
• High emotional intelligence and cross-functional project leadership.
