📋 Description

• Architect Hasbro's global Salesforce-based commerce stack.
• Build integrations across SAP, Braintree, Avalara, and more.
• Design event-driven systems for product drops, crowdfunding, and fulfillment.
• Set data/AI-ready standards for real-time insights and automation.
• Lead engineers across storefront, OMS, data, and fulfillment.
• Guide architecture decisions and ensure reliability during launches.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years engineering in large-scale ecommerce or platform systems.
• Expertise connecting Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Salesforce OMS with middleware.
• Hands-on cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure), CI/CD, IaC (Terraform).
• Track record mentoring engineers and growing teams.
• Strong communication skills to explain concepts to leadership.
• Preferred: SAP, Braintree, or complex order management systems experience.
