🎯 Requirements

13+ years of backend, distributed systems experience
Experience architecting and leading mission-critical apps at scale
Bachelor's degree in CS or related field; Masters is a plus
Proficient in C#, Go, Java, C++, Python or similar languages
Creative, strategic problem solver with product vision
Team-oriented with strong collaboration and knowledge sharing
