Principal Software Engineer, GO & Rust (Engine)

📋 Description

• Lead design and evolution of our platform architecture.
• Hands-on role building secure, scalable systems.
• Make architectural decisions affecting performance, security, reliability.
• Ensure modular, cost-efficient platform solutions.
• Collaborate with PMs, Security, SRE to set standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years building scalable distributed systems, 3+ years in System/Platform Architect roles
• Experience architecting both large microservice environments (100+ services) and monoliths
• Strong hands-on Golang coding skills; production-quality code
• Proficiency with Protobuf, gRPC, WebSockets, Kafka, PostgreSQL (partitioning, replication, HA)
• Security: OAuth 2.0/OIDC, JWT, mTLS, data encryption, zero-trust
• Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, Terraform; distributed patterns (Saga, circuit breakers, retries)
