Principal Software Engineer, GO & Rust (Engine)

📋 Description

• Lead design and evolution of platform architecture
• Design microservices and platform features; prod-ready specs
• Architect secure, fault-tolerant systems with auto failover
• Plan migrations and replace legacy components gradually
• Collaborate with Product, Security, SRE, Infra to set standards
• Mentor engineers and drive architectural decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years building scalable distributed systems
• 3+ years in System/Platform Architect roles
• Experience with microservices (100+ services) and monoliths
• Strong Golang coding; production-quality code
• ProtoBuf, gRPC, WebSockets, Kafka, PostgreSQL
• Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, Terraform; security incl. encryption
