🎯 Requirements

Strong background in distributed systems and consensus algorithms.
Strong Java skills; data structures, concurrency, and modern features.
Deep proficiency in algorithms.
Experience with highly distributed systems.
Ability to build and debug features with broad multi-machine impact.
Own end-to-end projects; experience managing multi-engineer efforts.
