Principal Software Engineer, Platform Engineering & Edge Infrastructure

📋 Description

• Design and operate the infrastructure powering Cloud and Edge platform deployments.
• Build deployment automation for distributed Edge PoPs supporting HQs, branches, and data centers.
• Design highly available architectures with secure fail-closed operation and policy sync.
• Build CI/CD pipelines, release automation, and lifecycle management for Cloud, Edge, and Endpoint.
• Develop observability platforms including logging, metrics, tracing, and health monitoring.
• Automate provisioning, certificate lifecycle management, secrets, and secure config distribution.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of Principal-level platform engineering, DevOps, or SRE experience.
• Deep experience operating Kubernetes and cloud-native platforms at scale.
• Strong experience with Terraform, Helm, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Ansible.
• Experience with distributed networking, service meshes, DNS, load balancers, TLS.
• Strong experience in Linux systems administration and infrastructure automation.
• Hands-on with AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude, Windsurf, ChatGPT).
